It's just that in general, it's easier to do self-healing when you are be non-attached to being attached, as well as non-attached to how difficult it is sometimes, to get non-attached! * An "energy shift" is a change that can be corroborated by energetic testing. As taught in the Now Healing 101 Course (on our other website), "energy" is either a) connected to Wholeness, or b) disconnected from Wholeness.
